While it is quite easy for us to snooze or even completely switch off the alarm clocks or the ones on our phones and going back to sleep, this gadget ensures that you completely move out of your bed before it stops ringing.

How does that work?

It is a small (smaller than a quarter) waterproof gadget (called Touch Pad) which can be placed as far away from your bed as possible while being synchronised with a free app on your phone. The only way to turn the alarm (which will be triggered on your phone) off is to touch the Touch Pad with your phone using the NFC technology.

This automatically requires you to stand up from your bed to accomplish the task.
