PCEye Mini

Versatile eye tracking for the computer you choose

CHECK IT OUT

I love using computers and have a slight phobia of not being able to do so any longer after suffering a disabling accident. Let's face it, while accessibility is important, it's also often not really a priority.

That's why I like businesses which try to do a good job, like Tobii and its various products. One of their areas of expertise are eye trackers - essentially devices that track your gaze and eye motions so that you don't need a mouse or keyboard to use a computer.

Their larger PCEye Plus has been hunted, but I wanted to give some love to the mini.

It's unique in that it has a very compact form factor, allowing it to sit on top of essentially any monitor, sort of like a Wii bar. This makes it portable and flexible. If you're in a room with a computer, you can have this installed and not need a dedicated machine. Gotta love the flexibility and mobility that provides.
