I don't know about you but coming back from the UK, it takes me a full week to start feeling human again. Jetlag the other direction doesn't really get to me but coming back in time? I'm like a disoriented Marty McFly trying to find out the correct directions to the dance...

So what does this app do? Well, you'll give it some information about where you're traveling from and at what times, what your travel schedule is like ect, and it automatically suggests what times you should be sleeping in order to resync your circadian rythem.

When that's out of whack you can feel like a total zombie. If you've ever been really jet-lagged you know what I mean.

It works by effecting the 4 things that influence your sleep schedule the most, Light, Sleep, Melatonin and Caffeine, and suggests taking and avoiding certain actions to get back on your schedule faster. Less down time means more enjoying your new location right away.

Love this concept and they seem to have put a lot of thought and design into the way it works. Will certainly be using the next time I travel.
