bempu is a temperature monitoring bracelet for newborns. The bracelets intuitively tell the parents when the baby's temperature falls and the baby becomes hypothermic. Treatment of kangaroo mother (skin care to skin) in clinics and low resource homes. Once the baby begins to become hypothermia, the body stores heat by restricting blood flow to the arms and legs. This means that BEMPU uses as a sign of early detection of hypothermia. Intuitive devices warn the mother that she can build a baby or do kangaroo treatments, which in itself will prevent further hypothermia. Some alarm signals indicate that the baby can not stay warm. This is important information as it may imply the possibility of an underlying infection and the mother may notify the nurse if in the clinic, or seek skilled care if at home in time.
