Huawei just released a new flagship phone for it's mate series.

The features stated include

The camera would have a The main camera will have the largest sensor and feature F1.8 aperture.
It will also employ “pixel binning” technology (like on the P20 Pro) to produce better results.
5X optimal zoom instead of the 3X in earlier products
