That's where Trym comes in. It is a small app and only deals with icons. Icons can be resized and optimized for all need size and resonlution variations. Since it works with SVG icons, quality is not compramized. Once optimizations are done icons can quickly be converted to PNG format and ready to be integrated in the projects.
