Appcenter is a service by Microsoft.

It is the place where mobile developers can build their apps (sign them as well) and publish to the respective store all by just pushing the changes to your linked git repository.

It supports multiple platforms and and operating systems. You can also use it to compile your app for iOS without owning a mac. My tutorial for doing that
