ASL Dictionary - Sign Language

This app costs almost $8 USD but is worth it. This app is a video dictionary for American Sign Language (ASL) but it also has a feature for quizzing to help the user learn ASL to communicate with the deaf and hearing impaired. The ASL app has over 5000 words and if a word isn't included that is needed the app has videos for the alphabet and numbers so the unlisted word can be spelled out.
