This free website is basically the digital version of those ball and stick models you might have used in chemistry class. Using the toolbox the molecule drawn on the left side of the screen is displayed as a 2D or 3D molecular model on the right side of the screen. This site is particularly good for organic chemistry such as creating protein or enzyme molecules.
