This project allows owners of medical datasets or professionals with ethics permissions to submit their datasets for data analysis service done by the project. The cost of expensive analysis is covered by the project in exchange for the project to have the right to publicly share the datasets under a Creative Commons CC0 license after a 36 month grace period. It's a win-win because researchers and medical professionals working with a small budget can get data analysis done and the datasets later become available to other researchers or professionals engaged in research.

I like this because it reminds me of the TV show Pure Genius and this is something Bunker Hill would be doing on that show.
