Halograph II is a Kickstarter project, which is claimed to be a much improved version of their first Halograph released 3 years ago. They have made significant improvements to the product.

Features of the Halograph II:
- It has halo hands that moves over the arcs to show the time.
- They have a day / night display and it looks awesome in dark places.
- In day time, light charges the battery and at night, the halo and the numbers light up using the stored battery.
- It is limited edition (only 999 watches per color).
- They also use high quality leather for the watch strap.
Do you really need it?
Only if you like to make it more difficult in reading the time, but as I write this, I'm tempted to get one on Kickstarter because it looks sophisticated (hipster yo). If people don't mind spending a hundreds of thousands on a Patek Philippe watch, this much cheaper alternative will definitely be popular.
