If you have a website, web based services or a web application you need test it for how many simultaneous users can use the system. You can see avarage response time, failures, number of users etc. I am not a developer but I have several websites so I will send this to my developer too. It is oopen source, uses python and there are much more features of it. Just check its website for more features.
