This application is a very great aid to those people who would like to monitor their progress in drinking water and beneficial to those people who are health conscious.
It allows user to select what measurement of volume for liquids which is either in liters or in ounces.
User has the option to select the duration by which he wants to get notified, as for me for over a month of usage, I did it hourly and I have a goal of 1.5 to 2 Liters per day.
This application is only for iOS devices (iPhone and Apple Watch) and upon user discretion can be connected to Health application in iOS devices.
