Okay so.. here's an apple iPad app that you can use to make your 3D drawings. Drawing on this app is done solely with the aid of pencil. And it brings out whatever you draw in 3D form.

Drawing is pressure sensitive. When the pencil rests on the display the insertion point is beeing highlighted
