Smartboots

Smart footwear for high-risk workers

CHECK IT OUT

Common safety shoes in industrial facilities are far more durable than regular shoes. Some have steel toes, some are fire proof. However, those types do not give more details regarding the state of the wearer in terms of their physical condition. There is no way to know if the worker is still doing fine inside the plant or if the fireman is still conscious in the middle of thick smoke. These smartboots address those concerns and do the trick with command and control platform! As I quote from the whitepaper:

the system measures indoor and outdoor position, step count, speed, time spent in work areas, (and fatigue, heart rate, and dehydration risk in the future). Data is delivered to a front-end visualization for managers to gain awareness of the workflow and status of their workforce anywhere in the world.
