Robotic surgery systems are getting more sophisticated all the time. The ZAP-X is a robotic system for
“image-guided stereotactic radiosurgery for tumors, lesions and conditions in the brain, head and neck.” It has a self-shielded design and enables neurosurgeons and radiation oncologists to deliver radiation therapy more effectively.
