URL Encode/Decode

URL encoding is a web tool to encode/decode certain characters in a URL. This tool replaces the url with one or more characters that consist percentage character like "%" and followed by two hexadecimal digits.

• Convert the character string into a sequence of bytes using the UTF-8 encoding
• Convert each byte that is not an ASCII letter or digit to %HH, where HH is the hexadecimal value of the byte. source
