This site is currently only available in South Africa, but has been very successful in attracting top talent from the South African developer community. This site was started by the same people who started https://root.co.za. The cool thing about offerzen is you can create a profile and you will be approached by companies who would like to interview you and the salary range is already specified when you create your profile. I've used this site to find a job, and I've also referred several friends. Every time you get a job via offerzen you will get paid for getting a job through the site and receive a gift hamper with all kinds of cool swag and bottle of champagne. The site is very easy to use and the talent advisors are super helpful at helping you set up your profile they also help you with things like deciding on a salary in terms of what your current experience and skill set is worth. What I like about offerzen is that companies don't really interview you, you interview them. Well I guess it depends how you look at it.
