This is an app that helps those who cannot read well. It is very easy to use and works on both android and IOS devices.
All you need to do is snap the picture and or select it from your documents, then you slept the part of the text which you want to hear aloud. Then the claro scanpen reads it aloud to you with a quality voice in your preferred language.

Claro ScanPen uses the latest premium Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to convert your picture into text and uses iOS system voices to read the text back to you.

This is good for students in exams who cannot read properly and it does not require any internet to operat.
