Mellow

The Mellow is a portable sous vide with Wi-Fi machine that creates a temperature-controlled water bath in which you cook vacuum packed food in a plastic bag. But unlike similar devices, the Mellow also cools the water until you're ready to start cooking. So you can put the food in a bag, schedule when you want to start cooking and continue doing your normal activities without having to worry about over cooking food.
