The famous company Steam today released the first beta version of its app for Android and iOS, which allows Steam users to run their games downloaded and installed on the computer, via mobile, tablet or Android TV.

How does it work?

Just start installing and starting the application for the first time, an assistant will guide us during the process of connection to the computer that will serve as host. First of all, it is necessary to connect both the Android device and the computer to the same network, and then run the Steam app on the PC in question.

Once the two devices are connected to the network, the main screen of Steam Link will show us the entire catalog of games that can be played through the mobile phone, as long as the connection is stable enough - via Ethernet or Wi -Fi of 5 GHz-. If so, Valve ensures support for 4K resolution up to 60 FPS.
