VERSE Smartmirror

VERSE Smartmirror is a project being funded on Kickstarter that plans to build a fully customizable Smartmirror with integrated gesture and voice recognition.

With this smartmirror, people will be able to see a whole range of widgets on the mirror itself while they are brushing their teeth or dressing up. Some of the planned widgets include- Clock, News, Train Schedules, Weather Updates etc.

One will be able to customize the widgets and several other settings of the mirror via a companion Android and iOS app.

User profiles will also be supported to allow customize it as per preference of each family member.

Furthermore, with gesture control, one would be able to control volume, move to next page and perform other similar tasks.

According to me, if a technology like this is available commercially, it would be of great hit!
