Mitsubishi PA 10-7C

Mitsubishi PA10-7C is a robotic arm with seven degrees of freedom which serves to research new approaches in the field of industrial robotics, mainly focusing on logistics and production scenarios. This open robot architecture (hardware and software) provides the possibility to control and modify every aspect of robotic behavior and to enter new sensor information into the control loop. New advances in visual-servoing techniques (visual information used as feedback signals to control robot movements), interaction control methods to interact with the environment safely and strongly, and the use of RFID information for intelligent packet handling are some of the solutions implemented and tested on this platform. As an end goal, the results of this study must be brought to the industry.
