Zoho Sprints allows team work projects to collaborate together with incremental period of times whereby they can quickly release potential products to be shipped within the estimated time for their customers.

What I like About this Software

• This software is a great way for me to help agile teams plan to track their work in progress in real time.

• I am able to prioritize the lists of tasks using a backlogs feature to create tasks and bugs so as to be able to compile agile reports for team members,

• With the to-do-lists, we can easily get estimation points with priority rating for each user,

• All work tasks are divided into a fixed week cycles called sprints. The week cycles can further be broken down into 2 to 4 weeks period.

• A customizable scrum board can be set up so that you can track the progress easily to see what has been done, what is still in progress, and what needs urgent attention. This makes it easy for everyone to see each person's workflow on the task.

• There is also a real time velocity chart whereby you can get insights into the bottlenecks and estimation of the progress. In that way you can analyze the data and propose changes accordingly.

• A transparent time sheet can easily be produced to track meetings, collaboration and hours put into the project,.

• This software is perfect for software developers using the agile methodology to complete their tasks.

• This software is available in 3 formats: Desktop, iOS and Android platforms

What is great about this software is that you can try out the free plan first and when you like it, you can then move on to the paid monthly or yearly plans for your business. The free plan allows you to have 5 users with 5 ongoing projects.

The downside of this product is that it is still relatively new and the developers are still doing ongoing improvement.
