Leaving home at the age of eight, living in the jungles in the Kumaon region of northern India, and meeting people from all walks of life from all parts of the world, Baba Hari Dass had extensive life experience that informed his many stories for both children and adults. Awakening: Volumes 1-5 were written from approximately 1971-1980.
