This way anyone can benefit from the ecosystem. The 5% un-stake fee is beneficial to the entirety of the stakeholders, as all stakeholders receive 2% of all transactions already, but they also receive the 5% of un-stake fees proportionaly. The 5% fee also motivates stakers to stake their $FAG for a longer period of time.
