If you need a quick timeout to reset, there is a handy mindfulness session that has a 5 minute timer and you listen to someone guide you through a quiet meditation of sorts.

If you don't want to talk to a therapist and you just want a listener, you can find a listener based on age group, category, keywords.

The hamburger menu includes therapists, listeners, mindfulness meditation sessions, videos, a feed of helpful and gentle uplifting messages, as well as the usual notifications, alerts.

Even though the UI looks like it was cloned from 2001, the important thing is that this app connects you to a community of people you can chat with.

Like some other mental wellness apps, this app requires you to log in with a username and email in order to use it, which is kind of annoying but maybe that's a law.
