i've been really interested in what's happening with lightning, i'm seeing a pretty darn solid 'witness' node system out there for this protocol and the side changing behaviour to support bitcoin could be the network that brings payment processing to the masses.

what i love about opennode right now is that they do everything right in terms of the packaging for the potential end POS customer - LOW FEES -- it's one of the biggest bug bears of running a business is the commission that the end payment provider takes, with this platform it's incredibly well priced per transaction, perfect for those small homebrew street companies
