back in the day when i was a 'computer operator' we used to have a green screen CRT terminal with software called 'helmsman' on it, it was this old skool tool for like managing tasks and roles, it was rock solid stable but it was a bit of a pig to run -- these days we have wonderful software like this that can do way more than run a bunch of tasks..
