as you might have already discovered by now i'm an absolutely sucker for anything battery backup powered and especially so if it has solar panel inputs as well -- for a geek having the ability to have backup power is a must, especially if your a van-dweller, digital nomad or someone that just needs 24/7 as possible connectivity to the web from wherever they are.

now first thing's first, i don't know about this company or the quality of their kit, if it's ran through ISO standards or if they use cheap memory fade batteries -- all i see is some good branding and design and a promise, a promise that MIGHT let you down in the field -- i don't see legacy, i see opportunity.

even thou the first version came out in 2016 i think these later versions might have better quality control and the big one at 14lb in weight is not that bad, let's just hope the 'electronics part' is reliable, because let's be honest -- that's the point! :)

they have a bunch of addons, lighting and such and also an app for checking at a glance how well that solar panel is charging up that beast inside the van when your having a chill down nap for a few hours -- i like that, not all devices come with such a thing.
