1. Polyamide is lighter in weight & its density is 1.35 g/cm3 while aluminum mountings have 2.70 g/cm3.
2. It has no conductivity while aluminum have the conductivity which can cause danger for solar panel energy system.
3. It also has oxidation resistance while Aluminum has no oxidation resistance.
4. Polyamide mountings life is approx. 50 years while Aluminum mountings life is lower because it is only 30 years.
