Tenda Nova MW3 | Budget-Friendly WiFi Routers

The Tenda Nova MW3 is a whole home mesh Wi-Fi system basic the way it works is you have three boxes a bit like Wi-Fi extenders one of the them will plug directly into your router at home and then you would plug the other two of different locations. In a nutshell a mesh Wi-Fi system consists of a number of Wi-Fi points all interconnected and working together to increase over a large area. If you have a warehouse or office space that requires better Wi-Fi coverage a Wi-Fi system like this Tenda Nova MW3.

Wi-Fi Extenders

If one of the wireless boxes goes down the other compensate for it and take over so it's actually a pretty good. This Tenda Nova system is covering up 6000 square feet.

The Package

Inside the box you get everything you need to properly set up your mesh Wi-Fi network you get three cube-shaped Nova Wi-Fi points which is look kind of cool. Including a three AC plugs to power them up you also get one extra Ethernet cable you'll be using that to plug one of the Nova unit into your cable modem with rest units functioning wirelessly in different rooms around your house.

The Cube

Each nova unit is a super lightweight perfect cube measuring at just under four inches all they around underneath each unit you'll find when and land ports and AC power input. Along with units name default passwords and QR codes which is very useful when you get these set up. The size of the Nova's are a bit bigger than Google Wi-Fi for example.

Setting Up

Setting up the Nova mesh network was incredibly easy and even if you have a little internet or techno first just need to plugin in one of the Nova units to power it up and then use the included Ethernet cable. The Nova has an LED indicator in the corner that range from a few different colors to indicate whether the network is up and running trying to connect or has an issue. The rest of the setup process takes a place on the Tenda Wi-Fi app is available for both iOS and Android devices.
