With DMania being an absolute massive scandal of corruption, and Decent Memes currently being down (502 Bad Gateway error), then the only solution for Memes on the Steem Blockchain is Memeit.Lol
It's not the prettiest application on the blockchain, but it definitely gets the job done.

Thanks man! Yeah, it was bad... the guy who was running DMania got a huge delegation from Ned and Steemit... and so set up like 12 fake accounts and was just upvoting them all himself... someone did a absolutely massive expose on the situation, and the guy didn't even defend himself, he just wrote a post saying that he was quitting and that everyone who was mean to him was a jerk.
Oh its very bad thing he had done man.
jeez had no idea about the dmania stuff all I know is that it was always down when I wanted to post- will check out meemit for sure :)
