RoomAgree

I've spent a bit of time trying to work out if RoomAgree or DadAgree is using blockchain technology or have a token, and I don't think they do, but the service seems very blockchainy.

Basically, anyone with a space, apartment, room or house they want to rent out, can set up a cloud-based contract, that is accessed by the landlords, tenants, guarantors, referees, property managers and service providers - which means they really smash that 'single source of truth' scenario when it comes to renting.

RoomAgree is working on ways to reward users for property management issues, so if a tenant raises an issue with a leaky tap, the property manager and plumber get rewarded for fixing it quickly.

I've been both a tenant and a landlord, and they're both fine until something goes wrong, then they're a nightmare... a platform like this could really streamline a lot of the frustrations.

If this takes off, it could make reference checks so easy... you just look at a tenant/landlords history.
