Smoke

Definitely the weirdest thing I've hunted so far.


I'm not a smoker at all, but I'm far less against people smoking cannabis than cigarettes. Smoke.io hasn't launched yet, but it's a similar set up to Steem. You don't get paid for smoking per se, you get paid for either creating posts or curating posts you like.


They've got a Proof of Concept Testnet up, which while the front screen looks different, the post screen looks identical to Steemit... so I'm guessing this is a fork.


Be interesting to see how this goes. They don't have a roadmap at all that I could find, but they guys I know who are into smoking, are really into smoking, so they might find themselves with a small but very dedicated userbase... if, y'know, they ever get back to the computer to finish it...
