Steem Lookup has a range of filtering options; Author Rep, How long ago it was created, Number of words or images, Pending Payout and you can include or exclude tags.

I love that it shows the images on the side... so much better than using an SQL tool.

You can log in using an e-mail and password, but that's purely to save your filters. It doesn't connect to Steem at all.
