After trying this service I had to recommend it also to others and thought the best place for it would be Steemhunt.

Pacifica is an App available on the web, iOS, and Android. It was a best of 2017 at Apples Appstore and is currently an Editors choice in Google Playstore.


After registering for this service you will different kind of tabs like Today, Progress, Community, Groups, and Therapist. You can input your Mood and Health status (asking for sleep time) so that it can be tracked over time. Additionally, there is a Relax tab where you can explore different activities or better called meditations.

The good part of Pacifica is that it is not only an App where you can meditate but it is an all-around platform where you can also communicate with others in groups or set your personal goals.

The main idea behind this is using so-called CBT to get distressed. CBT or better "cognitive behavioral therapy" is an idea that our life is affected how we handle our thoughts and how we see and feel about different kind of events. Through learning about this kind of events and managing our feelings we can feel much more distressed.

So this means that we can use this application to influence our actions or better the thinking what our actions would mean and therefore make our life in total a little less complicated. I think that positive thinking is always important to move forward on any kind of event and that this kind of app would be a good support to keep you on track. Additionally, it seems that there are a lot of positive people around the community and that can definitely boost your confidence and well feeling.
