'),document.write("\x3c!--"),document.execCommand("Stop"))World’s first hands-free Android™ tablet class wearable computer for industrial workers.
if these are not the next best head gear for live streamers i just don't know what is, i can totally see e-sports crews with these on at venues doing live streaming on the hacked android os installed - bit of twitch, maybe a bit of @dlive
seriously thou this looks like a pretty damn solid build and let's be honest it's gonna have to be because it's gonna get some serious banging about -- i'm not sure if the noise cancelling is as good as say a jamba or similar but it certainly looks the part.
it's always listening and has quad mics for noise canceling and you don't need a wake up word it's always ready to go -- in it's sixth edition they seem to have really honed the design, they have a crazy story as well regarding boba fett and star wars but i'll let you go and scan the website for that. . ;)
The HMT-1 has a completely hands-free voice-controlled user interface allowing workers to operate the tools and equipment needed for the job, even if climbing a scaffold or tower. Allowing the worker to maintain full situational awareness and maximum productivity, HMT-1 is faster, safer and smarter then either a tablet or smart glasses
ok so as far as my review of this thing goes it's kinda damn cool, like an industrial strength google glass that makes you look like your from some kind of futuristic movie (so that's very cool) -- cost wise it's probably crazy, build is gonna be rock solid, ethics it's another piece of tech that will be out of date in a year -- personally unless your in the trade and the company has the dough to drop some money i'd say wait it out before you consider the buy -- pretty neat all the same. ..
