It's an urban micro car entirely designed for peoples with disabilities.
The rider can get into the car by backing up wheel chair on a ramp in front of a vehicle fasten the wheel chair to a ramp then the car will pull you in and shut the door.
The car weighs just 900 pounds and made of aluminium and has a composite frame with a top speed of 50 mph.
