Poly Universe

This game just recently launched yesterday (July 20, 2018) in Steam and even though I was a bit skeptical at first as it does not have any reviews yet I still pushed through and make it a try as the graphics and the trailer are both enticing me to do so.


The game mixes both city building and strategy pretty well as this is not like one of your normal city building games because you are frequently attack by neighboring enemy planets as well as creepy alien creatures who would Invade your planet at any time.

Together with the resource management, city building, as well as defending your planet this game will be harder and harder as you survive longer.


Not all planets are built the same sometimes you colonize a planet where there are limited resources and you need to either maximize your resource management or find out other ways to grow more resources or even do both. The more inhabitants you have the more helpers and defenders you will have the downside is your resources will also quickly disappear.

Graphically speaking this kinds of games where you see colorful planets as well as funny animations such as the planet being only slightly bigger than its inhabitants and buildings you know this will be attractive and appealing to a lot of gamers.

Bottomline is if you want that unique city building game with that little planet vibe you can get this for a cheap price of 9.99$ which I consider cheap as you will be playing this for hours like what I did. System Requirements are also not that demanding and it can run on most OS.
