Phototheca 2

Phototheca allows users to manage, sort and organize photos all in one library on the user's desktop computer. Phototheca can also be connected through a Google account so photos and albums can be uploaded and shared.

I've only used the free version. As far as I can tell even though Phototheca claims it can organize both photos and videos it only does photo organizing well. Maybe the pro version handles video organizing better.
