OpenBikeSharing

As you can understand from its name it makes possible to find shared bikes in your city. There are many countries and cities that you can use this app and if your city isn't in that list, you can also mail to the owner.

This is an open source project so free to use. There comes a list of the stations with shared bikes so you can select ans look from the map for distance. Or just use the map (Map is also open source OpenStreetMap) to see closest station.
