jQuery Javascript Framework

As web developers we should always look to make developing websites faster and easier without sacrificing maximum device and browser compatibility.
jQuery is a javascript framework built exactly for this purpose.

I always use jQuery and any website I build will have jQuery included with it. jQuery makes things like ajax calls, animation, DOM manipulation and events a breeze.
It's syntax is rather simple to pick up and there is an abundance of documentation. you will usually find something out there to do what you need with a bit of simple modification.
It's also rather simple to make your own neat features if you can't find an example.

Another thing I love about jQuery is there are a rather large number of plugins built on top of this great framework. Just google jQuery plugin.
These plugins are light weight and are built for specific purposes.
Really handy to cut down development times and wow your boss or a client :)
