This web application allows you to view the metadata left in images if the GPS on the device was turned on and if the device settings enabled embedding this data into the image. Most common social media sites compress images so finding images with GPS data embedded in them is harder than you might think. What is a use case for this tool?
In 2012 John Mcafee, owner of Mcafee anti Virus Giant was wanted for Murder. Authorities tracked him down using the GPS data that his iPhone left inside an image that was uploaded to his blog. This tool is very useful for checking your own images before uploading them to your own personal site.
