The container can reach temperatures of 225 °C or 425 F in a few seconds. It claims to grill meat, fish and veggies in under 20 minutes and also maintain consistent temperature for even grilling.

The container material sheilds the food from microwaves. What it does instead is allow for the sides of the container to be heated. Two modes - Caserole cooking mode for crispy top desserts amd pizzas and Grill cook mode for grilling sandwiches and meats.

The capacity is 1.5L so large enough and the surface is non stick, so no residue and easy cleaning.

The reviews do state that the texture is nowhere close to actual grilling and the meat can be overcooked.
