Stealth Core Trainer

I saw this on my Facebook feed this morning and was instantly intrigued. I love the idea of finding new ways to motivate me to work out and make it a bit more fun and exciting.

I immediately downloaded the app for my phone to check it out and the games are simple and fun, and it has a leaderboard, personal logs and group challenges which will all help with motivation.

I haven't bought the actual board and it has a hefty price tag at $179 US for the basic model and $299 for the professional one, I did cut a 16" by 3' board and have been testing the app and idea with the board on some different sized balls here at the house and the burn in the abs in pretty intense.

I'm going to be putting the actual system on my wish list.
